At around USD$400 the rapidly growing number of eReaders including Nook, Sony Reader, Google’s Nexus One, and Amazon’s Kindle certainly blur in a price comparison with Netbooks and smart phones. And at around USD$11 for a best-seller, and even less for a second release the economics of eBook ownership have so far proved tempting for US consumers who despite already carrying an arsenal of mobile internet devices have embraced this format-appropriate device.
