The majority of Australian organisations are using multiple BI and analytical solutions. CIOs should undertake an immediate audit to 1) understand what solutions are in use, 2) ensure that the implementation of these solutions is meeting the functional requirements of the users, and 3) to inform a clear data architecture and information strategy.
