July is turning out to be a busy month for research at Longhaus with the first three of 21 Baseline reports due for release. To mark the occasion we have editorialised how we believe that Longhaus has helped to redefine public sector ICT research in Australia. Also this month sees the release of the Q3 2009 Australian Tech Index which is briefly overviewed in this edition and our AAA subscribers can also expect to see the release of an enterprise wiki readiness assessment tool, and the Australian ICT Services Market Overview online.

From a business perspective Longhaus is about to pass our 4th year in operation which means a new strategic plan to support all that we have achieved since start-up, and plenty more. Some of those achievements are not insignificant and will include relocating our Brisbane HQ to accommodate the space and capabilities necessary to support our future digital strategy.
